14. Confiscation.� Where any offence
punishable under section 13 has been committed,
the consignment of the drugs
[(Note: Ins. by Act 21 of 1962, sec.11 (w.e.f. 27-7-1964)) or
cosmetics] in respect of which the offence has been committed shall be liable to
confiscation.
