15. Jurisdiction. �
No Court inferior to that [(Note: Subs.

of 1982, sec.11, for certain words (w.e.f. 1-2-1983)) of a Metropolitan
Magistrate or of a Judicial Magistrate of the first class] shall try an offence
punishable under section 13.
